A Case Management Conference is currently scheduled for December 15, 2011 at 10:00 am in Courtroom 3 in front of Judge Seeborg. 2. At the present time, one of the plaintiffs will be reinstated on December 12, 2011, 6 and the other two plaintiffs have applied for reaccession and that process is nearing completion. 7 The parties jointly request that the status conference be deferred until that process has been 8 exhausted for all plaintiffs, which may resolve this matter altogether without the need for the 9 Court’s involvement. 10 3.
