1.
A Case Management Conference is currently scheduled for December 15, 2011 at
10:00 am in Courtroom 3 in front of Judge Seeborg.
2.
At the present time, one of the plaintiffs will be reinstated on December 12, 2011,
6
and the other two plaintiffs have applied for reaccession and that process is nearing completion.
7
The parties jointly request that the status conference be deferred until that process has been
8
exhausted for all plaintiffs, which may resolve this matter altogether without the need for the
9
Court’s involvement.
10
3.
As a result, the parties have stipulated, pursuant to Local Rule 6-2, to continue the
11
current Case Management Conference to February 9, 2012 at 10:00 am, or a date thereafter more
12
convenient to the Court, should this matter remain unresolved at that time.
13
