RECITALS

A Case Management Conference is currently scheduled for June 28, 2012 at 11:00

am in Courtroom 3 in front of Judge Seeborg.

During the course of preparing for the Conference, the parties have identified

issues that require additional discussion. The parties jointly request that the status conference be

6

continued for two weeks to allow the parties time to discuss the outstanding issues.

As a result, the parties have stipulated, pursuant to Local Rule 6-2, to continue the

8

current Case Management Conference to July 12, 2012 at 11:00 am, or a date thereafter more

9

convenient to the Court, should this matter remain unresolved at that time.

The parties propose to file a Joint Case Management Statement on or before

July 5, 2012.

Pursuant to Local Rule 6-2, the parties jointly request an order continuing the Case
