ORDER GRANTING 91 the ACSO Defendants' motion to dismiss. Ms. Howard's Fourteenth Amendment substantive due process claim against the ACSO Defendants is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Her Fourth Amendment, deprivation of property, and Mon ell claims (based on her false arrest and imprisonment and her missing valuables) against the ACSO Defendants are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
