The above-captioned case is currently scheduled for a case management conference on April

14

21, 2011. However, upon review of the docket, the Court notes that no filings have been made by

15

either party since the case was removed on December 14, 2010. Further, the c.m.c. was previously

16

continued for the same reason. Accordingly, the Court hereby VACATES the case management

17

conference and ORDERS Plaintiff to file a status report by April 27, 2011. Failure to comply with

18

this order may result in the imposition of sanctions, including dismissal of this action.
