Plaintiff Javier Alcala ("Plaintiff") and Defendant United States of America, ("Defendant"), hereby stipulate as follows: The Case Management Conference in this matter is currently set for April 7, 2011, with a statement due on March 31, 2011. The U.S. Attorney's Office was served with the Complaint on March 28, 2011. The deadline for a response to the Complaint is May 27, 2011. Defendant anticipates filing a motion to dismiss the Complaint on jurisdictional grounds. As Defendant's counsel was only recently served with the Complaint, and the Complaint is not yet at issue, the parties would like to continue the Case Management Conference until after a ruling on Defendant's Motion. ACCORDINGLY, the parties request that the Court continue the Case Management Conference until June 23, 2011 with the statement due June 16, 2011.
