Patrick Stoll, stipulate as follows:

WHEREAS, there is a mediation currently scheduled for July 13, 2011;

WHEREAS, the court has ordered mediation to be completed by July 21, 2011;

WHEREAS, the court has scheduled a Case Management Conference for July 22,

2011, with a Joint Case Management Statement due July 15, 2011;

WHEREAS, Defendants JMR CONSTRUCTION CORP and GREAT AMERICAN

INSURANCE COMPANY assert that there has recently been filed a “Related Case” as defined by

Civil L.R. 3-12(a), and intend to file an Administrative Motion to Consider Whether Cases Should

Be Related pursuant to Civil L.R. 7-11;

THEREFORE, counsel have conferred and jointly stipulated that the mediation

currently scheduled for July 13, 2011, and the deadline for completion of mediation currently set for

July 21, 2011, be continued 30 days pending further order of the court.
