Spero Defendant. 28 STIPULATION CV-11-00043-RS Case3:11-cv-00043-RS Document29 1 Filed06/06/11 Page2 of 3 Pursuant to Local Rule 6-2, Plaintiff Jessica Lee, individually and on behalf of a class of 2 similarly situated individuals (“Plaintiff”), and Defendant Stonebridge Life Insurance Company 3 (“Defendant”) (collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”), by and through their respective 4 counsel of record, hereby stipulate to move the date currently set for the settlement conference in 5 this case as set forth below: 6 WHEREAS, Plaintiff filed the Complaint in this case on January 4, 2011; and 7 WHEREAS, the Parties agreed to participate in, and the Court ordered, a settlement 8 conference in front of Hon. Joseph C.
