Susan Illston Defendants. 21 22 Plaintiff Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC (“SCEA”) commenced this 23 action on January 11, 2011. On January 27, 2011, the Court entered a Temporary 24 Restraining Order against Defendant George Hotz. [Docket Nos. 50 and 51] In 25 accordance with the Court’s order, on January 27, 2011, SCEA submitted a cashier’s 26 check in the amount of $10,000 as security for issuance of the Temporary Restraining 27 Order. On April 12, 2011, the Court entered the Final Judgment Upon Consent and 28 Permanent Injunction as to Defendant Hotz. [Docket No. 129] SCEA filed a Notice of REQUEST FOR ORDER RELEASING SECURITY CASE NO. CV-11-00167 SI -1- 1 Voluntary Dismissal as to the remaining defendants on April 11, 2011. [Docket No. 128] 2 Accordingly, SCEA submits this request for an order directing the Finance 3 Department of the Clerk’s Office to release the cash security of $10,000.00 to counsel for 4 SCEA.
