On June 7, 2011, the Court ordered Defendant to show cause why default should not be

entered against it for failure to appear in this matter. Dkt. No. 10. Having received Defendant’s

15

response, the Court DISCHARGES the order to show cause and DENIES Plaintiff’s motion to enter

16

default as moot. The Court shall conduct a case management conference on August 18, 2011 at

17

10:00 a.m. in Courtroom B, 15th Floor, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California. All

18

case management and ADR deadlines shall be adjusted accordingly.
