Good cause appearing, Defendants’ motions for an extension of time in which to

file a dispositive motion and to file an opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary
19
injunction, to and including April 9, 2012, is GRANTED. (Docket Nos. 24, 28.)

Plaintiff’s motion to compel discovery is DENIED because he did not comply with the
21
requirement to meet and confer with Defendants to attempt in good faith to resolve his
22
discovery requests prior to filing such a motion. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(a). (Docket No.
23
31.)
