ECF No. 97. 15 The Bar Association of San Francisco’s Volunteer Legal Service Program has informed 16 17 the Court that Khaldoun Baghdadi of Walkup Melodia Kelly, located at 650 California Street 18 26FL, San Francisco, CA 94108, has agreed to serve as appointed pro bono counsel for Rhinehart. 19 Mr. Baghdadi is hereby APPOINTED as counsel for Rhinehart pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(1) 20 and the Court’s Federal Pro Bono Project guidelines.
