C11-00835-SC 1 Plaintiff Galina Seebrook and defendant Stride Rite Children’s Group, LLC, by and 2 through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that pursuant to the parties’ 3 Confidential Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”), all of Plaintiff’s individual 4 claims in the above-captioned action are hereby settled and dismissed with prejudice under Rule 5 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The claims asserted on behalf of a 6 putative class are dismissed without prejudice. The parties agree to allocate costs and attorneys’ 7 fees as set forth in the Agreement. 8 9 Because this stipulation is signed by all parties who have appeared and no class has been certified, no Court order is necessary to effectuate dismissal. 10 11 12 IT IS SO STIPULATED.
