Court-ordered meet and confer session on June 4, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. at the U.S.

District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco. Good cause

appearing therefore, this meet and confer session is hereby VACATED.

Plaintiffs/Counter-Defendants and Defendants/Counter-Claimants are instead

ordered to proceed with the meet and confer session they previously scheduled for

7

June 4, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the offices of Plaintiffs/Counter-Defendants’ counsel

8

in San Francisco, and submit a joint letter brief to the Court if any discovery issues

9

remain outstanding.
