Good cause appearing, Plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time in which to

propound discovery (docket numbers 24 & 25) pursuant to the order of July 15, 2011, is

DENIED as unnecessary because there is currently no deadline for him to propound said

20

discovery. Good cause appearing, Defendants’ request for an extension of time, to and

21

including September 30, 2011, in which to file a dispositive motion (docket number 21)

22

is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s opposition is due within thirty days of the date the motion is

23

filed, and Defendants shall file a reply brief within 14 days of the date the opposition is

24

filed.
