Now before the Court is Defendants The Permanente Medical

Group, Inc. ("TPMG") and The Permanent Medical Group, Inc. Long

Term Disability Plan for Physicians' ("TMPG Plan") motion to file

the Mediation Brief on Behalf of Thomas Gonda, Jr. M.D. under seal.
