Accordingly, the action is hereby 20 DISMISSED because plaintiff failed to keep the Court apprised of his current address 21 pursuant to Civil Local Rule 3-11(b) and because he failed to prosecute this matter pursuant 22 to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). Defendants’ motion for summary judgment (Docket No. 30) is 23 DENIED without prejudice.
