For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 12 County of Santa Clara, et al., 13 Defendants. 14 15 / On March 19, 2012, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Settlement indicating that the parties have 16 reached a settlement that will “resolve all issues in this matter.” (See Docket Item No. 20 at 1.) In 17 light of the settlement, the Court VACATES all pretrial dates. 18 The Court sets May 21, 2012 at 10 a.m. for a Status Conference re. Settlement.
