(collectively, "Plaintiffs") and Defendant EQUILON 3 ENTERPRISES LLC, DBA SHELL OIL PRODUCTS US ("Equilon"), having reached a settlement 4 which is reflected in their respective written settlement agreements, and having stipulated by and 5 through their respective counsel of record, and the Court having accepted the stipulation ofthe 6 parties, 7 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of 8 Civil Procedure, all claims that these three Plaintiffs have asserted against Equilon in this action are 9 hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and that Plaintiffs and Equilon are to bear their own costs, 10 expenses and attorney's fees. 11 IT IS SO ORDERED. 12 13 14 November 19, Dated: - - - - - - - - ' ' 2012 HON.
