FTHENAKIS, et al., 11 Defendants. _____________________________________/ 12 For the Northern District of California UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 10 Re: Docket No. 72 13 The Court is in receipt of a joint discovery dispute letter from the parties in this action 14 regarding the designation of experts in a proposed stipulated protective order. Dkt. No. 72. Upon 15 review of the parties’ letter, the Court finds it unnecessary to modify the expert designation language 16 in the Court’s sample protective order.
