1 Motion and Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff T-Mobile U.S.A., Inc.’s (“T-Mobile”) Complaint (MDL
2 dkt. No. 3601) in light of the parties’ recently filed stipulation giving T-Mobile until November 7,
3 2011 to file an amended complaint. SANYO Consumer Electronics requests that the Court strike
4 the hearing date set for its motion. SANYO Consumer Electronics will respond to the amended
5 complaint in accordance with the schedule in the Court’s September 29, 2011 Order (MDL dkt.
6 No. 3779).
