WHEREAS, plaintiff T-Mobile U.S.A., Inc. ("T-Mobile"), filed an Amended Complaint in

2 the above- captioned case against defendants AU Optronics Corporation, AU Optronics
3 Corporation America, Chi Mei Corporation, Chimei Innolux Corporation, Chi Mei
4 Optoelectronics USA, Inc., CMO Japan Co., Ltd., Nexgen Mediatech, Inc., Nexgen Mediatech,
5 USA, Inc., Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd., Tatung Company, Tatung Company of America, Inc.,
6 Seiko Epson Corporation, Epson Imaging Devices Corporation, Epson Electronics America, Inc.,
7 HannStar Display Corporation, Hitachi, Ltd., Hitachi Displays, Ltd., Hitachi Electronic Devices
8 (USA), Inc., LG Display Co., Ltd., LG Display America, Inc., Philips Electronics North America

WHEREAS, the Stipulating Defendants filed motions to dismiss the T-Mobile Amended

16 Complaint, which motions did not resolve all the claims in T-Mobile's Amended Complaint;

WHEREAS, the Stipulating Defendants desire a reasonable amount of time to respond to

18 T-Mobile's Amended Complaint; and
19

WHEREAS, T-Mobile and the Stipulating Defendants believe that proceeding on a unified

20 response date will create efficiency for the Court and the parties.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and among the

22 undersigned counsel, on behalf of their respective clients, T-Mobile on the one hand, and the
23 Stipulating Defendants on the other hand, as follows:

The deadline for the Stipulating Defendants to answer T-Mobile's Amended Complaint

25 will be March 5, 2012.
