The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs' Letter filed on December 6, 2011. Docket No. 18.

Although the letter is unintelligible, the Court construes it as a motion for reconsideration of the

16

Court’s prior Order dismissing Plaintiffs' complaint with prejudice. Docket No. 16. This

17

interpretation is supported by Plaintiffs' attachment of the Court's order with the notation "wrong

18

jurisdiction." See Docket No. 18 at 5. The Court finds that this motion presents no basis for relief

19

because it fails to identify any mistake the Court has made, any newly discovered evidence or fraud,

20

or any other reason that would justify relief under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b) or Civil

21

Local Rule 7-9. Accordingly, the Court DENIES the motion.

This order disposes of Docket No. 18.
