On November 24, 2014, the parties filed a joint request to vacate the December 4, 2014,
22
briefing deadline and to continue their case management conference from December 18, 2014, to
23
March 26, 2015. The parties state that they have agreed on a settlement and need the extra time
24
to obtain a license from the United States Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets
25
Control, which administers the federal government’s trade sanctions against Cuba. Although
26
counsel erroneously cited to 31 C.F.R. 541.512(c), the Court determined that this statute did not
27
exist. On assumption that counsel intended to cite to 31 C.F.R. 515.512(c), the parties’ request is
28
granted.
1
The DECEMBER 4, 2014, briefing deadline is hereby VACATED. The case management
2
conference is CONTINUED from DECEMBER 18, 2014, to MARCH 26, 2015. The parties shall file
3
a joint case management conference statement on these discussions (if the case stays open) no
4
later than MARCH 14, 2015.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
