C11-3432 TEH Plaintiffs, 7 v. 8 WACHOVIA CORPORATION, et al., ORDER DENYING MOTION TO WITHDRAW CONSENT TO MEDIATION 9 Defendants. 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 The Court, being in receipt of counsel’s stipulation to withdraw consent to mediation, 12 has read and considered the request, and does not find sufficient grounds to allow counsel to 13 withdraw their consent at this juncture. Though the filed stipulation suggests some 14 scheduling difficulties, such difficulties are not aberrant and therefore do not justify a 15 withdrawal of consent to mediation. The request is therefore DENIED and counsel are 16 instructed to proceed as previously ordered. The mediation completion deadline is hereby 17 EXTENDED to July 16, 2012. Plaintiff shall furnish Defendant with dates on which 18 Plaintiff will be available to participate in mediation within seven days of this Order. 19 20 IT IS SO ORDERED. 21 22 Dated: 5/31/12 23 24 25 26 27 28 THELTON E.
