WHEREAS, the Complaint was served on Defendant Noah Kravitz (“Defendant”) by

WHEREAS, Margaret A. Keane and Sebastian L. Miller of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP have

WHEREAS, Rule 6-1(a) of the Civil Local Rules of the Northern District of California

provides that the parties may stipulate to extend the time within which to answer or otherwise

respond to the complaint without a court order;

WHEREAS, Plaintiff’s counsel has agreed to the one day extension;

NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned parties through their respective counsel stipulate as

The time for Defendant to move against, answer or otherwise respond to the
Complaint shall be extended to and including Tuesday, February 14, 2012.
