17 Pretrial and Trial dates are hereby VACATED. All pending deadlines are also VACATED. The
18 parties shall file a dismissal of this matter within the next thirty (30) days. If a dismissal is not filed
19 within thirty (30) days, a status conference is scheduled for Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 10:00
20 a.m., in Courtroom B, 15th Floor. The parties shall file a joint status report seven (7) days prior to
21 the January 24, 2013 hearing. If a dismissal if filed prior to the January 24, 2013 status conference
22 date, the hearing will automatically be vacated.
