On November 29, 2011, the Court issued an Order to show cause why this case should
17
not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. The Court further ordered that Plaintiff’s response to
18
the Order to Show Cause would be due by December 12, 2011, and that if she failed to file a
19
response to the Order to Show Cause by December 12, 2011, the Court would dismiss this case.
20
To date, Plaintiff has not filed any response to the show cause Order. Accordingly, this matter
21
is HEREBY DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal
22
Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).

The Clerk shall close the file.
