The hearing on Centex’s motion for partial summary judgment, currently scheduled 8 for disposition on February 24, 2012, is continued to April 20, 2012. The time and location of the 9 hearing shall remain the same. 10 2. Travelers’ opposition in response thereto is due no later than March 26, 2012. 11 3. Centex’s reply thereto is due no later than April 2, 2012. 12 4. The case management conference, currently scheduled for March 30, 2012, is 13 14 continued to May 25, 2012. The time and location shall remain the same. 5. Centex agrees to produce its FRCP 30(b)(6) deponent for deposition within 30-days 15 of Magistrate Judge Donna M. Ryu’s ruling on Centex’s motion for protective order regarding the 16 deposition, which will be filed on or before January 18, 2012. 17 18 6.
