DOES 1 – 44, inclusive, 15 Defendants. 16 17 On November 7, 2011, Plaintiff was notified that the Case Management Conference 18 (“CMC”) was rescheduled to January 12, 2012 and Plaintiff was ordered to submit a CMC 19 statement by January 5, 2012. (Dkt. No. 14). Plaintiff failed to submit a CMC statement by 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 this date and failed to attend the CMC set for today. Moreover, Plaintiff has not communicated with the Court in any way regarding the CMC. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ordered to show cause why this action should not be dismissed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 for failure to prosecute. The Court will address this matter at the case management conference which the Court continues until February 2, 2012 at 1:30 p.m., in Courtroom F, 15th Floor, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California. The CMC statement shall be filed by January 26, 2012. Failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this action. See Fed. R. Civ.
