Plaintiff, who is proceeding pro se, has requested a continuance of the motions scheduled for

November 18, 2011, to afford him time to seek legal representation. The Court GRANTS the request

16

and reschedules all of the motions set for November 18, 2011 to December 22, 2011 at 9:00 am. The

17

Court informs plaintiff that if he has not secured legal representation by December 22, 2011, the Court

18

will nevertheless proceed with the hearing and rule on defendants’ motions.
