No. 18). An October 2013 19 order then stayed this action pending bankruptcy proceedings. Today, defendant Carlos Alberto 20 Garcia and plaintiffs filed an “acknowledgment of discharge of portion of judgment,” stating that 21 “a portion of Defendant’s debt to Plaintiffs was discharged” and the “automatic stay in 22 bankruptcy has lifted” (Dkt. No. 44). Accordingly, our stay is hereby LIFTED. 23 By APRIL 23 AT NOON, the parties shall please file a joint case management statement. A case 24 management conference is hereby set for APRIL 30 AT 2:00 P.M. The case management 25 conference will go forward unless and until the parties file a stipulation of dismissal.
