WHEREAS, Plaintiff Innovus Prime LLC ("Plaintiff") filed a second amended
complaint on November 2, 2011;
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by Plaintiff and defendants LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc.,

and LG Electronics MobileCom U.S.A., Inc. that the time for LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. and

LG Electronics MobileCom U.S.A., Inc. to move, answer, or otherwise respond to the

complaint is extended to and including December 9, 2011.
