Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiffs Jon
Pessano, Nicholas Lawrence, and Sid Lajzer, by and through their counsel, hereby give
notice that they hereby voluntarily dismiss, without prejudice, all claims in this action as to
Defendants Pandora Media, Inc., AdMob, Inc., and Traffic MarketPlace, Inc., and the
putative defendant classes such Defendants represent. The aforementioned Defendants have
neither answered the complaint in this matter nor moved for summary judgment. Plaintiffs
are not dismissing their claims against Google, Inc.
