Francisco, California, and then and there to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for

Plaintiff’s failure to appear at the further case management conference on September 7, 2012, for

19

failure to comply with the Court’s Order of July 25, 2012, and for failure to prosecute pursuant to

20

Rule 41.
