Previously, the Court issued an order to show cause asking the plaintiffs why the case should
16
not be terminated. The Court expressly stated that a failure to file a response would result in an
17
automatic dismissal with prejudice. Plaintiffs did not file a response to the order to show cause and
18
did not appear at the OSC. Accordingly, the Court hereby dismisses this action with prejudice and
19
directs the Clerk of the Court to close the file in this case.
