Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-3, plaintiffs’ 19 opposition or statement of non-opposition to the motion was due December 6. None was filed. 20 Accordingly, plaintiffs Cindy K. Hung, Li Ching Chu, and Robert Ching Liang Hung are hereby 21 ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why their claims against defendant Glenborough 400 ECR, LLC, 22 should not be dismissed for failure to oppose the motion. Plaintiffs must file a written response to 23 this order by DECEMBER 16, 2011. If no response is filed or if good cause is not shown, then the 24 motion may be granted.
