Inc.’s (“Wireless Lifestyle”) Ex Parte Application to Modify Briefing Schedule and 3 Hearing Date on (1) Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending Resolution of Motion to Transfer to 4 MDL and (2) Motion for Remand to State Court (“Ex Parte Application”), the Court HEREBY 5 GRANTS Wireless Lifestyle’s Ex Parte Application. 6 There is good cause for granting Wireless Lifestyle’s Ex Parte Application, as doing so 7 will serve judicial economy, prevent prejudice to Wireless Lifestyle, eliminate the potential for 8 conflicting pretrial rulings on issues common to the actions sought to be transferred to the MDL 9 (including jurisdiction determinations), and ensure that the actions proceed in an orderly, 10 11 Motion to Transfer to MDL (“Stay Motion”) will be due on November 22, 2011. Any reply 13 brief in support of the Stay Motion will be due on November 28, 2011.
