The Court, having received requests for clarification, issues this amended judgment.

Pursuant to the Court’s order dated April 20, 2012, granting Defendants’ motions to dismiss and
17
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b), it is HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
18
judgment is entered in favor of all Defendants and against Plaintiff as to claims one, two and
19
four. The remaining state law claims are dismissed without prejudice to re-filing in state court.
20
IT IS SO ORDERED.
