No. 1); WHEREAS, this action was reassigned to Hon. William Alsup on December 20, 2011, vacating the previously-established Case Management schedule (Dkt. No. 17); WHEREAS, on December 27, 2011, Plaintiffs filed a third-amended complaint in this action (Dkt. No. 18); WHEREAS, on December 13, 2011 Defendants filed a motion with the Judicial Panel on 8 Multidistrict Litigation (“JPML”) seeking to consolidate this case with other cases, and seeking 9 to transfer this and other cases to the United States District Court for the Southern District of 10 11 12 13 New York; WHEREAS, on February 13, 2012 the JPML issued an order scheduling Defendants’ motion for consolidation and transfer to be heard on March 29, 2012 in San Diego, California; WHEREAS, on March 6, 2012, the Clerk of this Court noticed the Case Management 14 Conference On Reassignment for March 29, 2012 and directed the parties to submit a joint case 15 management conference statement seven days prior, but noted that all other deadlines in the 16 November 28, 2011 ADR scheduling order remain in effect (Dkt.
