In this action alleging patent infringement, defendant ESPN, Inc., moves to file a first

amended answer and counterclaims. Because Plaintiff PageMelding, Inc., does not oppose this

GRANTED. The hearing currently scheduled for NOVEMBER 1, 2012, is VACATED.
