Plaintiff Vaudevan Software, Inc. (“VSi”) and Defendant TIBCO Software Inc.
(“TIBCO”), by and through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate and request that the Court order
as follows:
1.

All claims between VSi and TIBCO, including all claims presented by VSi’s

complaint and any TIBCO counterclaim, shall be dismissed with prejudice; and
2.

VSi and TIBCO each shall bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees.
