On June 4, 2012, the Court issued an order for Plaintiff to show cause why this case should

14

not be dismissed for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with court deadlines. However, as

15

the Court is now aware, Plaintiff’s address was incorrectly entered in the ECF system, thereby

16

making it likely that Plaintiff did not receive notice. Accordingly, the Court DISCHARGES the

17

order to show cause. The Court shall conduct a case management conference on July 19, 2012 at

18

10:00 a.m. in Courtroom B, 15th Floor, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California. The

19

parties are ORDERED to file a joint case management conference statement by July 12, 2012.
