WHEREAS, on January 13, 2012, Plaintiff Kimberly Yordy filed a putative class action

complaint (the “Complaint”) against Defendants Plimus, Inc. (“Plimus”) and Great Hill Partners,

LLC (“Great Hill).

WHEREAS, on March 2, 2012, Defendants Plimus and Great Hill filed a joint motion to
dismiss the Complaint.

WHEREAS, on March 23, 2012, Plaintiff Yordy, in response to the motion to dismiss, filed a
First Amended Class Action Complaint (“First Amended Complaint”) against Defendant Plimus.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(3), Defendant Plimus must
answer or otherwise plead by April 6, 2012.

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties through their counsel, that

pursuant to Local Rule 6-1(a), the time for the Defendant Plimus to answer, move, or otherwise

respond to the First Amended Complaint (“Response Date”) shall be extended to and including April
8
16, 2012.
