STIPULATED, between Plaintiff Technology Licensing Company, Inc. and Defendant

Azend Group Corp, by and through their respective attorneys of record, the following:

Plaintiff and Defendant settled this matter on or about October 5, 2012;

The above-captioned action should be dismissed with prejudice in

accordance with the terms of the written settlement agreement entered into

between the parties;

The parties further stipulate that, except as set forth in the October 5, 2012

Settlement Agreement between them, the parties shall bear their own
