The modified trial schedule is agreed on by both parties and will cause no 7 prejudice to either side. 8 1. All fact discovery shall be completed on or before February 15, 2013; 9 2. Expert reports shall be exchanged by March 8, 2013; 10 3. Expert rebuttal reports shall be exchanged by March 22, 2013; 11 4. All expert discovery shall be completed on or before April 12, 2013; 12 5. All dispositive motions shall be set for oral argument on or before May 27, 2013; 13 6. The Final Pre-Trial Conference shall be held on or before July 29, 2013; and, 14 7.
