Plaintiff Implicit Networks, Inc. (“Implicit”) and Defendant Hewlett-Packard Company
(“HP”), hereby stipulate through their respective counsel of record as follows:

WHEREAS, the parties have reached an agreement in principle to resolve this matter; and
