(Dkt. No. 63.) 21 Plaintiff’s opposition was due August 5, 2013, but to date, Plaintiff has not filed an 22 Opposition or Statement of non-opposition to the Motion to Dismiss, as required by Local 23 Rule 7-3(b). 24 Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS Plaintiff to SHOW CAUSE as to why this 25 action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff should file a response to the 26 ORDER to SHOW CAUSE, along with a response to the Motion to Dismiss, on or before 27 August 19, 2013. If no response is received, this action may be dismissed with prejudice, 28 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b), for failure to prosecute. 1 2 IT IS SO ORDERED.
