The matter was sent to arbitration by this Court. The arbitration concluded on April 30, 2013. The arbitrator issued his final decision on June 17, 2013 and further supplemented that decision on September 13, 2013. NOW THEREFORE, Plaintiff intends to file a Motion to Vacate Award pursuant to 9 U.S.C. Section 10(a)(4).
