POLLARD, D-34783, ) ) ) Plaintiff. ) ) ________________________________ ) No. C 12-0975 CRB (PR) ORDER OF DISMISSAL On February 27, 2012, the clerk filed as a new action a letter by plaintiff 14 complaining of prison overcrowding. On that same date, the court notified 15 plaintiff in writing that the action was deficient because he did not file an actual 16 complaint or pay the requisite $350.00 filing fee or, instead, submit a signed and 17 completed court-approved in forma pauperis (IFP) application. Plaintiff was 18 advised that failure to file the requested items within 30 days would result in 19 dismissal of the action. 20 More than 40 days have elapsed; however, plaintiff has not provided the 21 court with the requisite items, or sought an extension of time to do so.
