Pursuant to Civil Local Rules 6-1(a) and 6-2, plaintiff Tasha Keirsey (“Plaintiff”) and
2
defendant eBay Inc. (“Defendant”) (Plaintiff and Defendant collectively “the Parties”), by and
3
through their respective counsel, stipulate and agree as follows:

WHEREAS, Plaintiff filed a putative class action lawsuit against Defendant on or about
March 9, 2012;
6
WHEREAS, under Civil Local Rule 6-1(a), the Parties may stipulate in writing, without a
7
Court order, to extend the time within which to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint,
8
provided the change will not alter any deadline already fixed by Court order;
9
WHEREAS the Parties have stipulated under Civil Local Rule 6-1(a) to a filing and
10
briefing schedule for eBay’s response to the Complaint as set forth below, with a proposed
11
hearing date of June 26, 2012;

WHEREAS, the Initial Case Management Conference in this matter is currently set for
June 8, 2012 (Dkt. No. 17);

WHEREAS, under Civil Local Rule 6-2 and this Court’s Case Management Conference
15
Order (Dkt. No. 17), the Parties may file a stipulation requesting an order changing the date of the
16
Initial Case Management Conference;

WHEREAS, the Parties have conferred and agreed to request that the Initial Case
18
Management Conference currently scheduled for June 8, 2012 be rescheduled to the same date as
19
the proposed date for the hearing on Defendant’s anticipated motion to dismiss the Complaint
20
(June 26, 2012);

WHEREAS, no prior time modifications affecting the Initial Case Management
Conference have occurred in this case.
NOW THEREFORE, the Parties hereby stipulate and agree to extend the following
deadlines:

1. May 7, 2012:
Defendant’s deadline to respond to the Complaint;

2. May 29, 2012:
Plaintiff’s Opposition due;

3. June 12, 2012
